UX designer and marketer. I strive to design positive experiences that keeps users loyal. Through my expertise in researching, developing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, I have defined customer journeys and designed intuitive functional experiences.

A UX mantra of mine is “No more workarounds”.

About Me

For more than 13 years' experience I've been working for B2B companies in various user experience and marketing roles. These roles, and the knowledge I've gained from them, paved the path to further enter into the world of user experience.

My professional journey

I've created and managed numerous marketing campaigns around product launches, educational opportunities, and lead generation. Designing landing pages, writing emails, and analyzing campaigns became second nature to me. I found myself wanting to know what made customers tick. Why would they open my email, or click my call-to-action button? So, I asked them. A lot of them. I used surveys and met customers face to face, and as a result my marketing campaigns became more successful.

One day I asked myself what direction am I heading towards and what direction do I want to go. I knew I enjoyed conducting research, designing sites and emails, and analyzing my campaigns. Those are my strengths. But the extra marketing activities (creating ads, writing copy, planning events), not so much.

The decision to shift my focus to user experience was easy to make. I enrolled in online courses for formal training. I took more initiative with my current employer to influence decisions on design for our e-commerce shop and sales tools our distributors use. This led to a new role for me, Digital Experience Manager.

High proficiency with preparing and conducting customer interviews, questionnaires, and surveys. Capable of combining industry data and trends with individual behaviors to understand user needs and market gaps.

02Prototyping

Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD for wireframing and high-fidelity prototypes. Experience with components, animating content, and creating clickable prototypes. Additionally advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to create logos, icons, images, and other graphical assets.

03Usability Testing

Moderate experience with planning, recruiting, and conducting unbiased usability tests. High proficiency with analyzing testing results and reporting them into actionable items.

04Coding

Have 20+ years of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience. Currently learning Python for API calls and web scraping.
