For over years, my career has been a journey focused on a central question: How can we leverage technology to create better human experiences? I believe the most successful businesses are built on exceptional experiences, not just for their customers, but for the employees who support them. This principle is the cornerstone of my work in digital transformation and user experience.
My professional path started in B2B marketing, where I quickly learned that data tells you what is happening, but talking to people tells you why. My curiosity shifted from campaign metrics to the human behaviors driving them. Why did one design work while another failed? To find out, I went directly to the source, conducting surveys and user interviews. This user-centric research became the most successful tool in my toolkit, laying the foundation for my future.
This passion for understanding user needs led to a deliberate evolution in my career. I saw that the same principles used to improve the customer journey could be applied internally to create more efficient and intuitive tools for employees. I pursued formal UX training and took the initiative to lead projects that re-engineered an e-commerce platform and internal sales systems for an industrial automation company. This work, focused on improving processes through technology, naturally led to my current role as a Digital Enablement Manager.
Today, my focus is on holistic digital transformation. I partner with teams across an organization to analyze their processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement digital solutions that make work more efficient and intuitive. By enhancing the employee experience (EX) and the customer experience (CX), I help create a virtuous cycle where empowered teams can better serve customers, driving sustainable business growth.
